Our Mission

At Sparrow Structural, our mission is to provide the highest quality engineering consulting service to our clients. Consulting service means - our knowledge, expertise, designs, and communication. We always strive to deliver a high quality project on time, under budget, and with total satisfaction.

Our Services

Sparrow Structural Engineering offers a full range of structural engineering services for nearly all building and project types. We have a focus in all residential and small scale commercial projects, ranging from single family home additions and remodels and new construction, to multifamily and mixed use developments.

Our specialty is in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). We work with architects and designers to build these units quickly, efficiently and to the owner's specifications.

Neil Azaren, President

Neil has over 8 years of experience working in structural engineering. His projects have ranged in scale from ADUs to multi-million dollar mixed use developments, and included wood, steel, concrete, and masonry. Neil started Sparrow Engineering to focus on small and medium sized residential projects in Southern California.
